Keep It As Simple As Possible
Signing up with companies like life lock are not the be all and end all of identity theft security. We as the consumer and the potential victims have to take some very obvious and simple steps to protect ourselves. Simplicity is sometimes overlooked as being simple but sadly this is not the case. Things are not always what they seem and for all the decent God fearing people in the world there are those who will think nothing of taking what you do not look after. In fact even if you do look after your assets they will strive to find ways of getting through the most secure security measures. This is a very big industry in itself and we need to be aware if we want to beat them at the game they love to play. Most of this resolves around common sense but we also need to take heed of information that is distributed by the banks and other institutions regarding new methods of fraud.
